Full-service planning means we are involved from the earliest stages through to the final celebration. We can support venue sourcing, budget management, supplier selection, design direction, guest logistics, timelines, production and the delivery of the wedding itself. Our role is to hold the bigger picture while managing the detail behind it.

For full-service planning, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for multi-day, marquee or destination weddings where venue availability, accommodation and production can shape the wider plans. We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year.

Yes. Multi-day celebrations are a particular focus for Clementine & Co. We plan weddings that extend beyond the wedding day itself, from welcome dinners and guest experiences to the main celebration, after-parties and post-wedding gatherings.

Yes. We work with marquee and temporary-structure weddings across Scotland, including celebrations at private homes and estates. These weddings often involve additional production, infrastructure and logistical planning, all of which can be managed as part of the wider planning process.

Every full-service celebration is individually scoped. There is a minimum planning fee, with larger-scale and multi-day weddings typically moving to a percentage-based fee depending on the overall wedding investment, complexity and level of production involved. Following an initial consultation, we provide a bespoke proposal.

A limited number. Keeping our calendar intentionally small allows us to remain closely involved in each celebration and provide the level of planning, communication and on-site support our weddings require.

Where do I even begin. Working with Lyndsay truly saved my wedding. We were planning a destination wedding in Edinburgh, coming from the US, and she was a lifesaver. We did a "partial plan", where she helped choose and negotiate all of the vendors. Her recommendations were spot on - every single one of my vendors I had to coordinate with virtually and didn't meet until the day of and they were all INCREDIBLE. She also helped me with the design aspect. She provided mood boards and recommendations based on my (admittedly very chaotic) Pinterest and Instagram likes. Having her there on the day of was so helpful - I just had to tell people "ask Lyndsay, she will know" and she did!! She stayed FAR longer than I expected her to and we loved having her there to simply hang out! It was like having one of your friends along for the ride.
