Yes. Many of our couples live elsewhere in the UK, the US or overseas. We become your planning partner on the ground in Scotland, managing venue and supplier communication, logistics, timelines and the details that are harder to navigate from a distance.

Scotland offers very different settings depending on the experience you want to create. Edinburgh and the surrounding countryside offer exceptional historic estates and castles, while Perthshire, Fife and the Scottish Highlands lend themselves particularly well to destination weekends, private estates and celebrations surrounded by landscape.

Absolutely. Scotland is particularly well suited to wedding weekends because guests are often travelling to attend. Welcome dinners, Highland experiences, the wedding itself and relaxed post-wedding gatherings can be shaped into one cohesive celebration.

Yes. We plan celebrations within castles, country houses and private estates throughout Scotland. We consider not only the wedding day but accommodation, guest movement, supplier access, production and how the property can be used across the wider celebration.

Yes. A marquee can create an entirely bespoke celebration within a Scottish estate or private setting. These weddings require more infrastructure and production planning than a traditional venue, from the structure and flooring to power, lighting, catering facilities and guest flow, which we can oversee as part of full-service planning.

There isn't one perfect season. Spring and summer offer longer daylight hours, while autumn and winter bring a very different atmosphere. Whatever the season, weather contingencies should form part of the planning from the outset.

This depends entirely on the location. For destination celebrations, we can consider the guest journey from arrival onwards, including airports and train stations, accommodation, transfers and transport between events throughout the wedding weekend.

For a larger destination or multi-day celebration, starting around 12–18 months ahead gives you greater choice of venues and suppliers and allows time to properly shape the guest experience. More complex private-estate and marquee weddings can benefit from an even longer planning period.
