Planning a marquee wedding is incredibly exciting because it offers complete freedom. It also comes with a level of complexity that's easy to underestimate. Every decision, from the ground beneath your guests' feet to the candles on the tables, needs to be considered in advance.
This proposal has been created to help you understand how I can support you, whether that's managing every stage of the journey or simply stepping in during the final months to bring everything together seamlessly.

Planning Reflections
The Marquee
A sailcloth marquee will create a beautiful setting, but it also brings additional logistical considerations. Investing in the right flooring and infrastructure will protect the guest experience regardless of the Scottish weather.
Your Budget
I believe your original budget is achievable, though it will require compromise in some areas. Increasing this slightly creates greater flexibility and allows us to prioritise the elements that guests remember most.

Oversight of all creative and performance-led elements across the multi-day celebration. This includes sourcing and managing live bands, headline entertainment, DJs, as well as coordinating production teams, rehearsals, stage management, technical requirements, and hospitality riders.

Your bespoke online lounge where every detail of your wedding is curated and organised in one place. This includes your live budget tracker, planning checklists, production timelines, calendar of key dates, guest list management, and payment tracking.

Guidance and creative support in the creation and content of your personal wedding website. We ensure the tone, visuals, and details mirror your event design, offering guests a seamless and welcoming first touchpoint with the celebration.

A bespoke design concept built to capture your aesthetic and atmosphere. Includes full design boards, colour palette development, spatial planning, supplier sourcing, and on-site styling execution to ensure a refined and immersive guest experience that feels effortlessly cohesive from day to night.

You will have unrestricted access to our expertise and support throughout the planning journey. Whether via virtual meeting, in-person consultation, phone, or email, we are on hand to guide, reassure, and bring clarity at every stage of the process.

A dedicated concierge service to ensure every guest feels guided, informed, and cared for throughout their journey. This includes pre-event communication and travel support, coordination of accommodation and transport logistics, management of RSVPs and dietary requirements, and assistance with bespoke experiences such as excursions or itinerary enhancements.

We attend all key venue and supplier meetings, either alongside you or on your behalf. Our involvement ensures every decision is informed, cohesive, and aligned with your priorities, maintaining consistency across all creative and logistical elements.

Our role extends beyond the wedding day itself. We are on-site for pre and post-wedding moments including setup, rehearsals, guest arrivals, and farewell gatherings. Each moment is carefully orchestrated to maintain flow, comfort, and continuity.

Our team will be present across the full wedding weekend to manage all logistics, installations, guest flow, and supplier operations. Every moment is managed with precision. Lyndsay personally leads the team on-site, ensuring every transition feels seamless.
Every celebration is completely bespoke, but this gives you an idea of the areas we'll guide throughout the planning journey.
Investment
Every celebration we create is entirely bespoke, and our planning investment reflects the overall scale and complexity of your wedding.
For your celebration, we've outlined the following planning investments:
£14,000 for weddings with an anticipated investment of £100,000–£120,000
£17,500 for weddings with an anticipated investment of £120,000–£150,000
Should the scope of your celebration evolve significantly beyond this during the planning process, we'll simply review the planning investment together to ensure it continues to reflect the level of support required. Any changes would always be discussed and agreed in advance.
