Your bespoke online lounge where every detail of your wedding is curated and organised in one place. This includes your live budget tracker, planning checklists, production timelines, calendar of key dates, guest list management, and payment tracking.

Guidance and creative support in the creation and content of your personal wedding website. We ensure the tone, visuals, and details mirror your event design, offering guests a seamless and welcoming first touchpoint with the celebration.

A bespoke design concept built to capture your aesthetic and atmosphere. Includes full design boards, colour palette development, spatial planning, supplier sourcing, and on-site styling execution to ensure a refined and immersive guest experience that feels effortlessly cohesive from day to night.

You will have unrestricted access to our expertise and support throughout the planning journey. Whether via virtual meeting, in-person consultation, phone, or email, we are on hand to guide, reassure, and bring clarity at every stage of the process.

A dedicated concierge service to ensure every guest feels guided, informed, and cared for throughout their journey. This includes pre-event communication and travel support, coordination of accommodation and transport logistics, management of RSVPs and dietary requirements, and assistance with bespoke experiences such as excursions or itinerary enhancements.

We attend all key venue and supplier meetings, either alongside you or on your behalf. Our involvement ensures every decision is informed, cohesive, and aligned with your priorities, maintaining consistency across all creative and logistical elements.

Our role extends beyond the wedding day itself. We are on-site for pre and post-wedding moments including setup, rehearsals, guest arrivals, and farewell gatherings. Each moment is carefully orchestrated to maintain flow, comfort, and continuity.

Our team will be present across the full wedding weekend to manage all logistics, installations, guest flow, and supplier operations. Every moment is managed with precision. Lyndsay personally leads the team on-site, ensuring every transition feels seamless.

For your celebration, we've outlined the following planning investments:
£9,500 for a wedding with an anticipated investment of £80,000 - £100,000
£11,250for weddings with an anticipated investment of £100,000 - £110,000
Scope Change
Should your plans evolve beyond the anticipated scope, whether through a significant increase in budget, guest numbers, event duration or overall logistical complexity, we'll review the planning investment together to ensure it continues to reflect the level of support required. Any changes would always be discussed and agreed in advance.

Final Planning & Wedding Day Management
Scope of Services

You'll receive a structured handover period where we gather all of your plans, supplier information and key decisions. We'll review every detail together to ensure nothing has been overlooked before taking the lead in the final weeks. For marquee weddings, this is 12 weeks out.

We'll contact all of your confirmed suppliers, introduce ourselves as your planner and become the main point of contact in the lead-up to your wedding. Final timings, logistics and outstanding details will all be managed on your behalf.

We'll create a detailed wedding day timeline covering suppliers, your wedding party and key moments throughout the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly from morning preparations until the celebrations are underway.

We'll meet with you and your venue (where applicable) to walk through the day, confirm logistics and finalise every detail before your wedding.

Marquee weddings often require one or two days of on-site coordination before the celebration begins. During this time, we'll oversee the final build, coordinate supplier arrivals, monitor installations and ensure every detail comes together seamlessly.
As the marquee transforms into your wedding venue, we'll manage the finishing touches, from table layouts and stationery to décor, signage and styling, ensuring everything is beautifully presented and ready to welcome your guests.
