WHAT EXACTLY IS INCLUDED?

  • Detailed budget creation, along with a comprehensive checklist of ‘to-dos’ that will detail each point from 12+ months before your big day, to 1 day prior.

  • After carefully listening to your requirements, we’ll search through my pool of amazing suppliers to find the best fit for you. I will also take care of negotiation, contracts, and all supplier-related ‘wedmin’.

  • Our bible! Your own virtual wedding planning portal where you will be invited to plan alongside me, with any amount of planning partners. It’s not limited to you as a couple, we can add Mums, Maid of Honour, or your Best Man to the client lounge. This really is the secret ingredient to simple and effective wedding planning, not to mention it’s extremely fun. Budget, checklists, design studio, supplier contact information, calendar of important dates, payment tracking, guest list manager, and much more!

  • Wedding website and/or invite creation is something to will work on together. We’ll chat through ideas and I will take the time to bring these to fruition.

  • This covers everything from your mood board to on-the-day stationery. We’ll start with an idea: a season, favourite colour, tartan, or style (elegant, rustic, etc) and bring your Pinterest boards to life.

  • Let’s do coffee, dinner, a walk in the park… you name it. I am there whenever you need me and provide full assistance every step of the way.

  • One of the most important parts to get right. I will provide an easy-to-follow checklist of the legalities and keep you on track throughout.

  • A vital part of having my services with you throughout your journey is that I’m there do to the groundwork. Quite often venues or suppliers can only offer mid-week meetings due to weddings predominantly happening during the weekend. Don’t worry about having to take annual leave as I’ll be there to liaise with all your hired professionals.

  • On the day coordination for up to 10 hours giving you the chance to be fully present and enjoy your day. Duties include:

    • Welcome and hosting guests. Keeping the wedding party informed at all times

    • Time management

    • Oversee and communicate with suppliers

    • Discreet problem solving

    • Wedding day emergency kit. From umbrellas to deodorant. I’ll bring it all!

    • Full design and prop set up of all areas. Ceremony, canapés and reception

    • Rearranging decor from one part of your day to use at another

    • Ensuring floor plans and table set up is correct

    • Confirming that the right music is played for all the formalities

    • Control & brief of plans B & C, in the instance of inclement weather etc

    • Tidy of the bridal suite (if getting ready onsite)

    • Master of Ceremonies (if required)
